C4 is more popular than Nf3 no? Also, if you play Nf3, you need to know the Catalan, the QGD, the sicilian/reverse Grünfeld/English/Neo-Grünfeld/neo-catalan, the Queen’s Indian and also the closed Dutch. Whereas if you play c4, you just need to know all the English lines.

I can't believe the only opening I played before learning how to play chess, properly, was viable (knight F3)
Don't get me wrong, my strategy was absolute hot garbage, basically it was to just move the knight, and hope I could get my opponents queen or rook, or as many pieces I could take before doing the same thing with my other knight and then cleaning the game of.
